I have started writing original songs for Jelephant after a very long break. New songs for our post-pandemic set include: ‘Place Apart‘, ‘I’m Gonna Find You‘, ‘Call of an Owl‘, ‘Not the Cereal Packet Family‘ and ‘Multicoloured View’.
Themes tackled include involuntary childlessness, people living alone and social isolation during the pandemic, neurodiversity, dating and many more.
January 2022: Jelephant is happy to announce that Alan Wood now joins us on the bass guitar! Welcome Alan and we look forward to some fresh input from you this year!
November 2021: Happy to announce that Jelephant has two new members in the line-up, Mari Jones (saxophone) and Harry Harris (mandolin/guitar/voice). Both hail from mid-Wales/Cymru and bring energy and new tonal colours to our sound. Welcome to both!
